Our Republican-controlled state legislature has yet again totally ignored the will of the people. Yesterday, they ended the legislative session without passing medical marijuana laws, despite over 70% of Floridians supporting Amendment 2 last year.
One-party rule in Tallahassee has hurt our state, and now thousands of Floridians will suffer as a result of the Republicans’ failure to abide by the will of the people.
